Your initial appointment will be 60 minutes. Your follow up appointment will be 30 minutes.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your initial appointment to register, review our office policies, and have your child’s growth measured.
Please bring your child’s valid Alberta health care card to your appointment
Paid parking is available in the main parking lot at the front of the building. There is free two hour street parking located on the far westside of the Building parking lot.
Please arrange sibling care for your other children. We would like to focus our attention on the child who requires the appointment.
Your time is as valuable as ours! Many patients are waiting for an appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule for any reason, please call us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so we can accommodate another patient.
If you do not provide 48 hours notice and miss your scheduled appointment, you will be discharged from the clinic.
Our clinic maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behavior either in person or on the phone, to ensure a safe, respectful environment for staff and patients. Violations will lead to immediate removal from the clinic, termination of relationship and permanent dismissal from the practice.
Alberta Health and Wellness does not cover all services.
