Our Pediatric Neurologists are Board certified Fellows of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC) and participate in continuing medical education to stay up to date with the latest in pediatric neurology .
We participate in teaching medical students and pediatric neurology residents of the University of Calgary, as well as elective students.
Dr Goia completed her Pediatric Neurology residency training at University of Calgary, Alberta. She is a board certified Pediatric Neurologist and a Fellow of Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr Goia is a Clinical lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Calgary and she is actively involved in the training of medical students and senior pediatric neurology residents.

Dr. Eroshini Swarnalingam is a Pediatric Neurologist and an Epileptologist who has completed 5 years of pediatric Neurology residency training at McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario. She subsequently completed a Fellowship in Pediatric Epilepsy with a focus on Epilepsy research, Neurophysiology and surgical management of medication refractory Epilepsy. She is a Fellow of Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and is accredited with Canadian Society of Clinical Neurophysiologists to interpret Electroencephalograms ( EEG ). Dr. Swarnalingam has worked as a locum Pediatric Epileptologist at Alberta Children’s Hospital prior to moving to Saskatoon where she practiced as a Pediatric Neurologist - Epileptologist while being affiliated with the University of Saskatchewan as an assistant clinical professor. Her clinical and research interests outside of Epilepsy and neurophysiology includes neuro-cutaneous syndromes and movement disorders.
Melody Ing completed a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at University of Lethbridge, Personal Fitness Training Certificate at Mount Royal University and Medical Office Administration/Hospital Unit Clerk Diploma through Sundance College. She has a warm and caring heart for helping people achieve health
and wellness. Melody has several years of management/customer service experience, along with training/ experience working in the medical field . In addition, Melody is a mother to three active boys, an allergen free baker with a small in-home startup business. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, painting, baking, and being active in the outdoors.
